Lace Robe and Satin Slip Nightgown Set

Two pieces that were made to be seen together. The slip is cut from smooth satin with a V neckline, fine straps and a lace panel across the bust, falling to just below the knee. Over it goes a sheer floral lace robe with wide sleeves and scalloped edges that finish the cuffs, the hem and the front opening. A narrow self-tie belt pulls the robe in at the waist, or leave it loose and let the lace do the work. In ivory it is a bridal morning; in black it is something else entirely.
