How does Sigourney decide which products to index?
Sigourney indexes all active products in your connected store by default. You can customize which products appear in AI search via your dashboard—exclude variants, collections, or specific product tags.
What happens to my data?
Your product data is encrypted and stored securely in our database to power AI search indexing. We never sell or share your data with third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Which AI assistants does Sigourney support?
We currently support ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. More integrations with Claude, Copilot, and others are coming soon. Roadmap updates are shared monthly.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. We require a card to start your 7-day trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends on day 8. Cancel anytime before that with one click — no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your plan anytime from your dashboard. No hidden fees, no contract. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you keep access until the end of that period.
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?

How do refunds work?
