Sigourney provides an LLM Product Bridge service that makes e-commerce product catalogs visible to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity via Schema.org JSON-LD. Our Services include product indexing, API access, and dashboard analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All subscriptions include a 7-day trial period. You will be charged on day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who are not satisfied with our Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or systems.
